Do I have to pick a standard package or can I choose my own?

You may choose to pick from our standard in house designed packages or collaborate with our interior designers and create our own package to suit your needs.

Do you offer an Interior design service?

Huntley Furniture offer a full interior design service with the purchase of each package. Our Interior designers can help you edit your package to ensure your space is unique and meets all your requirements.

How quickly can I have my package installed?

Huntley Furniture offer one of the quickest turnaround times for package installation. From package approval and deposit payment, Huntley Furniture can deliver and install within five working days upon receival of deposit* (Subject to terms and conditions)

What payment types do you accept?

We accept direct transfer, cheque and credit card payments. Credit card payments are subject to additional fees and charges.

How do I order? What is the process?

Huntley Furniture have a 9-step package order process;

  1. Initial consultation to identify budget, brief and timeline
  2. Choose your package or work with our interior designers to create your own collection
  3. Review and finalise your package
  4. Site Visit to assess site access and confirm measurements
  5. 50% deposit required to secure package
  6. Package is delivered, installed and styled by our team
  7. Packaging and rubbish removal
  8. Your package install is now complete and ready to enjoy!
  9. After installation, our team are on hand to assist in anything further you may require

What is your warranty period?

Huntley Furniture offers a standard 12-month domestic warranty period from the date of hand over, subject to wear and tear, product care and maintenance. Huntley Furniture will repair or replace any product with a manufacturing or materials fault for the duration of the Quality Guarantee period. The Quality Guarantee applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

The Quality Guarantee does not apply to: Normal wear and tear, including pilling, fading, loss or deterioration (of the whole product or its components); Damage caused by improper use, cleaning, negligence, treatment, transportation of the products or otherwise caused by your acts and/ or omissions; Damage caused by exposing the products to sun, extreme heat or cold, or chemicals/agents that are known to damage the product.

Do you have a showroom where I can view your products?

Due to our ever changing, extensive product offerings, Huntley Furniture are unable to provide a showroom to view products.

Can I change or cancel my order after I've placed it?

Deposits are non-refundable. A credit notice may be possible depending on the circumstances, minus all associated costs.

Can I return my items?  

Items cannot be returned for change of mind. If the item is faulty, our warranty terms come into play.

Can I change my package after it has been confirmed?

Package alterations made after an order has been confirmed must be in writing and are at the discretion of Huntley Furniture. Changes may incur additional charges.

Can I take out items from the package if I don’t require them?

Yes, you may exclude products from a package if you do not require them.

Can I choose to collect and install my own package?

Yes, you may collect and install your own package.

Can I purchase a single item of furniture?

This is at the discretion of Huntley furniture. Please enquire for further details.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

At this point, Huntley Furniture do not currently offer wholesale pricing.

Do I have to assemble the furniture?

All of Huntley Furnitures turnkey furniture packages are delivered, installed and assembled. Our experienced logistics team will construct and place all furniture.  

Is my package delivered?

Yes, all packages are delivered to your requested location, Australia wide.
